This section provides a link to CCAT’s Online Courses – Decision Writing and Literacy - and provides some background on the need for these courses. These courses are for distance education, a benefit for tribunal staff and members as well as adjudicators who do not have easy access to in-person training locations or for those whose schedule does not permit attendance at a course. CCAT also offers interactive seminars and courses on decision writing and adjudication.
A new practical 2-day Seminar on Decision Writing is now available for members of administrative agencies, boards, tribunals. This seminar provides essential tools for decision writers, new or experienced, to help improve their decision writing skills.
CCAT holds twice a year a practical five-day course in adjudication for members. This course provides essential tools for any new member and serves as an excellent refresher for more experienced members.
