Delegates will receive their log-in details to join the webinars on Wednesday of each week. Please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you don’t receive your log-in information, please e-mail Cindy Hick at the CCAT office.

How to Register

If you are a CCAT member or non-member who does not wish to apply for membership, follow these instructions:  If you are a lapsed member or a non-member and wish to apply for membership to get the member rate, please follow these instructions: 
  2. Click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page
  3. If you are not already logged in, enter your email (if you are a member, enter the email you use to log in to the portal)
  4. Enter the code
  5. Click "Next"
  6. If it recognizes your email and you are not logged in, it will prompt you to log-in
  7. Click the registration type
  8. Click "Next"
  9. Fill out any missing registration information and answer the registration questions
  10. If you wish to add multiple people to one registration, click "Add Guest". Enter the "Guest’s" registration information and then click "Done". Continue this process until you have entered all registrant’s information
  11. Click "Next"
  12. Review all registrant’s information
  13. If you wish to pay online by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), click "Pay Online"
  14. Enter your card information and you will then receive an email with your registration confirmation and receipt
  15. If you wish to pay by cheque, click "Invoice Me" - an invoice will be sent to your email and your registration will be confirmed once the cheque has been received
  2. Click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page
  3. Enter your email
  4. Enter the code
  5. Click "Apply for Membership"/"Renew Membership"
  6. If you are an individual, click the Individual Membership Option
  7. If you wish to apply for a group (25 people or less), Click the Group Membership option
  8. If you wish to apply for a membership with an unlimited amount of people, click the Corporate/Institutional Membership option
  9. Click "Next"
  10. Enter the code again
  11. Fill out the application form
  12. Click "Next"
  13. Click "Invoice Me" - This will bring you to your profile
  14. On the bottom right of the page, click "Incomplete Event Registration" to bring you back to your registration. You will now be able to register with the CCAT Member Rate.
  15. Follow the Registration Instructions on the left to complete the registration
  16. When you reach the Review Page, click "Invoice Me" then click the "Balance Due" button on the bottom right corner to pay for your Membership and Symposium Registration at the same time

Delegates cancelling prior to March 19, 2021 receive a full refund less a $100.00 administration fee. Written notification by email or postmarked by March 19, 2021 will be accepted. Delegates cancelling after this date forfeit 100% of the registration fee, although substitutions can be made at any time. Refunds will be forwarded after the Symposium.
